Our Promise to You

At Miamara, we are dedicated to ensuring every shopping experience is enjoyable and every item meets your expectations. If an order doesn’t quite meet your needs, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and customer-friendly, with easy returns to our Europe-based warehouse.

Before initiating a return, please read through the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags and labels attached.

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are processed through our Europe-based warehouse to make the process as quick and simple as possible.

Important: Do not send items to the shipping address printed on your package — this is not our designated return location. Any items sent there will be discarded, and refunds cannot be issued.

All returns must be sent to the authorized Miamara Europe-based warehouse, which we will provide once your return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Always contact us first before sending any returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@bymiamara.com with the subject line:
    "Return/Exchange Request – Order #XXXXXX"
  2. Include the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason.
  3. Only one return request per order is allowed.
  4. Once we receive your request, our team will provide a return form and instructions for shipping to our authorized Europe-based warehouse.


Fees and Restrictions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once an order is replaced, it is no longer eligible for additional replacements or refunds.
  • Returns shipped after 14 days of delivery will be returned to you.

Special Promotions: Items purchased during special sales (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale, Winter Sale) are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds.


Refunds and Store Credit Options

Refunds are processed according to your original payment method:

Gift Card Payments:

  • Refunds are returned as store credit on the gift card used.

Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, or Klarna Payments: You may choose:

  1. Store Credit (Recommended): Receive the full item value as store credit. This credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
  2. Original Payment Refund: Refund returned to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the $4.99 restocking fee applies.

Processing Times: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Confirmation will be emailed once complete. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Guidelines

  • Minor variations such as loose threads, slight color differences (due to monitor displays), or natural fabric texture are not considered defects.
  • Returns for style preference, color choice, or change of mind are not considered quality issues.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, improper care, alterations, or repairs cannot be returned.
  • We recommend using our size guide before purchase. Returns due to sizing are accepted under eligibility rules but are not considered quality-related. Slight fit differences between items of the same size are normal.
