The Collaboration

A gift, in exchange for content

This is a gifted collaboration, also known as a barter. We send you Miamara pieces as a gift, and in return you create and share content featuring them. No money changes hands in either direction. The pieces themselves are the consideration for the collaboration.

Your Pieces

What we send you

Depending on your audience size, we'll gift you two pieces (for creators with up to 12,000 followers) or three pieces (for creators with 30,000 followers or more). You choose the items, subject to availability. We cover shipping and any import duties, and the pieces are yours to keep.

In Return

What we'd love from you

For each piece, we ask for a minimum of four short videos and as many photos as you'd like to create. From that content, please publish at least one Reel on Instagram and one video on TikTok, tagging @miamara and including #gifted.

Please share your content within about two weeks of receiving your pieces, and send us the high-resolution files so we can re-share them.

Content Usage

How we use your content

By taking part, you give Miamara permission to use, edit, adapt and repost the content you create for us, worldwide and on an ongoing basis, with no fee due to either side. This covers both organic posts on our own channels, including our website, Instagram, TikTok, email and similar, and our paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.

This permission includes editing your content, adding Miamara branding, and using your name, handle and likeness as they appear in the content, in connection with the collaboration. It is non-exclusive, so you remain free to use your own content however you like. You agree not to request the removal of, or payment for, content already shared under this collaboration.

Disclosure

Keeping it transparent

Please clearly show that the collaboration is gifted, in line with advertising rules such as the FTC guidelines in the United States and the ASA and CAP Code in the United Kingdom. Including #gifted, together with #ad where it's required where you live, takes care of this.

Styling & Standards

Keeping it on-brand

Please style your pieces so the garment is clearly the focus, and avoid covering it with jackets or accessories unless that's part of the look. Content should feel elegant and aligned with Miamara, and should not include anything offensive or unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. Any music or other material you use should be cleared for commercial and advertising use, and please avoid tagging competing fashion brands in collaboration content, though designer labels are welcome.
